About Us - How we work

We have a two part no-obligation website consult process.  Part 1. 15-30 minutes chat over the phone.  Part 2.  1 60 minutes face to face consultation. So before you commit to working with us you will have the opportunity to brainstorm your website ideas over the phone and also to meet with us face to face to kick start the project.

Step 1.  Start by booking a no-obligation website consultation over the phone.  After which we can provide you with a rough guide quote. 

Step 2.  Book a no-obligation face to face consult  - in order to create your ideal website we really need to understand your business and what you need to achieve from your website. So during the face to face consult we will ask you a whole bunch of questions about your products, service, brand, customers & logo etc.  We will also show you projects that we have completed for existing clients.

Step 3. We will document our meeting and this document will form the basis of our agreement to work together. You will be able to revise this document, to ensure that it fully reflects your project needs.

Step 4. You will be provided with a fully itemised quote.

Upon receipt of order

1. Text. We will ask you to provide your text (ideally in a word document)
2. Images. We will ask you to provide your images (via email - or disk if you have many)
3. Logo. We will ask you for your logo, if you do not have one then we can create one for you for an additional fee or we can do something very basic.
4. Set up. A member of the development team will be in touch either by email or phone to clarify and issues and to ask for any further information that might be needed before starting on the design.
5. Mock-up. Our design team will mock up an illustration of your website design
6. Review. You will be able to review the design and have a number of iterations until you are completely happy with the design concept
7. Build. We will then commence on the coding of your chosen design
8. Final Review. Often once the website is built and the content in place, the design often requires some minor changes, so we will do another review of the design at this stage
9. SEO. We need to make sure the website can be found by search engines. This process will involve a little of your time but we will provide full information when we get to this stage
10. Email. Set up any email accounts that you require
11. Set up web stats.
12. Finally - go live!

Lead time - Note during busy periods our lead in time from clearance of payment to starting the mock ups can be 2 weeks.
