Professional reactive support for your website, CMS, hosting, email and digital marketing is probably high up on your wish-list.  We offer plain old vanilla “hosting” right up to “premium business website support” (including regular proactive webmaster updates, CMS support and monthly studio time).  Our customer base varies so much that we also offer ad-hoc support and a block pre-pay plan.

In addition to our support packages we have invested in the development of two new exciting applications.

Client Portal.  Our new client portal (currently unnamed!) will provide a central resource for both you and our team.  You will be able to find out information regarding your support contract agreement with us, hours on your remaining on your pre-pay account and have access to our brand new resources including up to date SEO guides and advice on the day to day running of your website.  You will be set up on the new portal over the coming months and I will be in touch to discuss your current service level agreements.  We have integrated our nifty new application with our accounting software (Xero) and as such you will also benefit from quick access to your account information including invoices, payment schedules and placing new orders.  We are really excited about the launch of our client portal and can’t wait to have it up and running to further enhance our conversations with you.

b:web Ticket System.  Our new ticket system (link on our contact page and also here: www.bwebsites.co.uk/forms/support) allows you to raise questions which are then distributed across the whole b:web team. You do not need to worry about who to email and whether or not they are on holiday! Instead you can sit back and enjoy a speedy, professional and personal response.

What can I expect in terms of ongoing support?  The reality is that some questions and issues are more difficult to answer and resolve than others and even with our many decades of combined experience sometimes responses need to be specifically researched .  We encourage you to ask questions and  if we are going to need more than 5 minutes we can check your support contract (for example – Gold and Platinum include CMS support & Platinum also includes 30 mins of studio time!) and if you are not covered we will provide an estimate for the work involved.

We have really enjoyed designing and building our new applications and have plans to expand them further to incorporate project management tools and a CRM.
