Hazel is a business systems specialist in ServiceM8 – a software for trade services which can help them to increase productivity, improve profits and manage jobs from quote through to completion.
Hazel had an extensive existing website, but its navigation was proving confusing for visitors and, because it had been added to piecemeal over time, the different sections were not consistent in styling or feel.
b:web were asked to produce a new site which was to look and feel completely different, whilst retaining the core essence of Hazel’s branding. The key functionality was to include an online store from which Hazel could sell ServiceM8 tools and forms, as well as calls-to-action and highlighted content to promote her training and membership offerings.
b:web designed and built a WordPress website which is clean and easy-to-use but also friendly and approachable.
We developed Hazel’s original branding, adding two different blue colours and a honeycomb background graphic. We produced a whole new library of images and icons to reflect the different services and industries on the site.
Hazel was keen to be able to produce new product images herself, so we designed templates for all the different image types in Canva in order to make it easier for her.
The site is friendly and easy-to-use with animation helping to draw the eye to key features.
