Launched in 2009, Engage Customer has, over the past five years, continuously extended, expanded and refined its leading-edge programme of activities and services in the fast-paced customer and employee engagement marketplace – both online and offline. Engage Customers strategy includes various media channels and they also host various events, some with around 1000 delegates.

Our brief was to produce a heavily content led website designed to maximise user experience. The vast amount of content created challenges around the platform migration and overall structure. The new website would also feature ticket purchasing, multi-media, event schedules, time tables and more.

Our Solution

The redesigned website and content portal provided Engage Customer with an improved online experience for both their B2B website visitors and potential clients.

Content was refocused for both delegates and sponsors and the new designs provided a cleaner and more informative approach to the media section. Content was placed firmly at the heart of this redesign and using a strategic approach our design and SEO consultancy has increased reader engagement and conversion.

This website had to be built on a short time line to meet key event dates for the year. Since the initial build we have cloned this website multiple times for Engage to cover other sectors of the business. The b:web team are currently developing a new bespoke customer booking engine.
