Highlight Parking are the Industry leaders in multi-storey car parking systems across the UK and Europe. They offer four primary services: bay monitoring, which uses LED lights and cameras above parking bays to indicate free spaces, Baywatch®, which is a kiosk enabling you to locate your vehicle within the car park by registration number, parking signage to monitor and display the number of parking bays available, and back office software to manage all aspects of a modern multi-storey car park.

They tasked b:web to create a completely new brochure website for them which would be striking, dynamic, easy-to-use, and would more accurately reflect their market-leading position than their existing site, which was small, outdated and very limited in its use of imagery.

The new site needed to be highly responsive, as many of their prospective clients had advised that they were using tablets or smartphones instead of desktop browsers more and more often to conduct their day-to-day business.





Our Solution

b:web took Highlight’s existing branding and produced a simplified colour palette which comprised a new, more vibrant green, paired with light and dark greys, to give the site a modern, clean and technical feel.

The WordPress website uses large colour imagery throughout to make a really striking statement, enabling the products to be showcased and explained using minimal text. Subtle animated touches help to make the site feel dynamic, and bespoke icons serve to visually explain some of the industry-specific concepts in an easy-to-understand way.

The website is highly responsive for mobile devices, even using a mobile-style menu system. Other features such as the subtle use of parallax imagery, a large colour client logo carousel, and an integral news/blog system, combine to give a high-end, professional feel to the site.
