MGN are one of the UK’s leading event production and design companies, organising a wide range of creative and immersive corporate and private events across the UK.  Corporate clients include an impressive list of household names such as trainline, waitrose and itv.  MGN also offer a huge range of technical event equipment in their warehouse in Surrey, such as lighting, sound, AV and decor.

b:web have been working with MGN for more than 5 years and this version of the website will have been the 3rd complete overhaul that we have produced.  The brief was to produce a very high-end visual experience that would communicate brand values and help set clients expectations.  The website project included a small brand refresh.

Our Solution

Having worked with MGN on 2 prior iterations of the website we had a large quantity of data to help understand how the current website was performing. We started by looking at the sitemap and keywords to create a content strategy and new structure that would build on the main assets already gained.

With a strong content strategy we were able to produce a visual sitemap of all of the pages to indicate how the user would move through the sections and navigate the content.  Each page visual was designed using the new brand refresh elements and content created to visually tell the story of experience an MGN party.

The results are a truly stunning website which generated leads, post launch, far exceeding all expectations.  b:web are currently working with MGN on a bespoke customer portal which will allow event delegates to access all event information, including professional photography.  We continue to support MGNs content strategy with ongoing SEO.
