We offer a comprehensive audit of your website including technical issues that might be affecting usability. You will gain a full understanding of what is holding your website back and what you can realistically hope to achieve.

1. Website Accessibility Testing

A website accessibility review ensures that your website is compliant with today’s standards and can be accessed by your visitors. When technology is racing on apace, regular website accessibility audits are essential to ensure that your website remains in full working order and stays compatible with all the new browsers and devices.

We will look at accessibility on different devices, cross-browser testing, mobile testing, bugs/issues, and general website/data/GDPR compliance. We will also evaluate your websites basic SEO and make relevant recommendations.


2. Website Health Check

A good technical health check will ensure that there are no issues preventing content from being visible to Google.

We will be looking for things like errors in the code, broken links, incorrect sitemaps, content being hidden, signs of hacks, badly formed URLs, hosting issues, search engine penalties, and any other issues behind the scenes that could be adversely affecting your website traffic.  Most of these issues are only visible to developers and might be completely invisible to you.


3. Improving Website Conversion

We will evaluate the effectiveness of your website to maximize lead generation and conversion.

We might make recommendations for an improved website hierarchy and how you present your products and services. We will analyse your calls to action and landing pages, and identify any missed opportunities. We will look at how users find you and their journeys through the website, tracking them right through to conversion, or identifying exactly where they experience barriers and/or drop out of the sales process.
